Never had a blog before, but here it is:

I figure its best to try new things. I attempt at least one new thing everyday, if I can manage. So this blog is the new thing I'm trying.

One of the newest things I've learned is you can't adequately compare two things unless you try both. Now in morals that's a little harder. I can't go robbing grocery stores to try to learn the criminal's point of view. On the other hand you can be in a play where you rob a grocery store. Even playing an actor robbing a store would give you additional empathy and understanding of the scenario. In conclusion I hate it when people judge an action or idea as bad, evil, or terrible when the judge hasn't even tried to see the idea's merit or the environment surrounding the action or idea.

The opposite I also detest. I hate it when someone says "insert random idea or action here" is the best in the world. I can understand a child thinking this way, but a full-fledged adult thinking this way is too naive. For example, I overheard someone saying World of Warcraft is perfect. The person above only played two MMORPGs. How could he possibly make such a judgment on such limited experience?

Join the darkside! :)
